'Ohana Volunteer Day

Join us for ‘Ohana Volunteer Day!

Bring the whole family for a morning of volunteering in Waimea Valley. ʻOhana Volunteer Day projects are suitable for all ages. We share our knowledge and provide training to all volunteers, giving them a chance to learn and grow as they donate their time. 

The schedule for the day will be:

• 9:00am Volunteers arrive and sign in
• 9:15am Oli protocol
• 9:30am Arrive at project site and begin work
• 11:30am Volunteer project is finished

Gloves and tools will be provided. All participants earn free entry into the valley for the day.

How This Helps Our Community

The volunteers will be helping us with important upkeep of our botanical gardens and cultural sites. It is a fun and engaging way to support Waimea Valley.
