Before we match up learners and trained tutors read, each learner completes a one-hour skills assessment and interview with the staff. This helps the staff learn about the learners' skills, motivations, and goals. Once a match has been made between the learner and tutor, the two will determine when and where they will meet one-on-one; tutoring is done in public locations such as libraries, parks, or cafes. Generally, the learner and tutor will meet twice a week for 1 or 1.5 hours.
One on one tutors for adults. No experience needed, training will be provided.
