Volunteer Recruitment Team Member

As a volunteer recruitment team member you have several ways to volunteer. 1. You can help with data entry. We track all our recruitment efforts, the activities that we do and the leads that our efforts bring in. We could use help with entering our work into the system and following up with leads. 2. You may help with internal recruitment. This would be calling or emailing people that were inactivated during the application process. Sometimes people stop halfway through the application or don't complete the intake steps in time and become inactive. We reach out to see if they're still interested and help move them forward. 3. You could help us by attending tabling events in the community. These are in-person and typically on a Saturday from about 9a-3p. You'd need a reliable car and valid license so that you can get to/from the events and haul the tabling supplies. 3. You can help with networking. Are you someone that belongs to a community org, church, nonprofit, retirement group or other group that we could possibly target for volunteers? Do you do networking in your personal life? If you have a good network, we'd love to work with you to share our opportunities in the community. You may also make calls and do outreach to potential partners. 4. Become a social media ambassador! We need help doing outreach on facebook, linkedin, twitter, instagram, TikTok, etc. to spread the word. Part of this job is content creation. Must be able to work virtually, and have a reliable computer and internet access to complete your role.
