FUR-ANGEL FOUNDATION

Fur-Angel Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The foundation was established in October 2014 by a small group of friends who had a passion for helping the community, while also making a difference in the individual lives of animals and people. We operate within a foster network of trusted volunteers that share the same passion in giving dogs a chance at a life full of love. Through daily interaction with their foster family, FAF dogs receive indirect training, as well as lots of personal attention to help rebuild the trust that is often broken in rescue animals. Our mission is to rescue and find forever homes for Oahu’s homeless and unwanted dogs, and to strengthen the human-animal bond in our community by educating the public about animal welfare.
